Well for those of you that haven't found out yet ... Brett and I adopted a 5 month old Kitty on
Dec 21. We named him Jimmy. He still hides and sleeps alot but he
has slept in the bed with us so that lets us know he is getting used to us. He hasn't really
bothered my allergies too much except for today but that is because I forgot to take my
medicine yesterday and I was cleaning and stiring up dust. On Christmas Eve we took away some of
his hiding spots and he got gutsy and decided to climb up in the CHRISTMAS TREE! (wish I could have gotten
a picture it was kinda cute) Brett caught him when he fell but it was enough to get us nervous
enough to take down the tree the next day. I have never had a cat before so it is still odd to
me to see him afraid of me but of course I am already attached him so I will just learn with him.
Well I will stop babbling now and let you see Jimmy. Remember he hides and sleeps a lot still
so I don't have the greatest pictures. But I will post more as he gets more daring.

And here he is awake and purring on our bed.
Jimmy and Fred are keeping watch at the front door.
Jimmy is a little easier to distract than Fred :)
It will take him awhile but I am sure he will fit in fine. Right now he is just following in his
namesakes relaxed carefree style :)
